IKEA blinds can’t operate and will leave the zigbee mesh when they are charging (because you have to take out the battery to charge them). I found this annoying so I added direct USB charging in 5 minutes for less than $ 5. Now they can be charged with the battery in place and there is no downtime. This also makes it possible to automate the charging – set and forget.
